01 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on wow88, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a resident of the Philippines or are accessing the platform from the Philippines.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an existing wow88 account.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming by any applicable law or regulation that applies to you personally.

wow88 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to at registration, before processing withdrawals, and when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

02 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same details or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. wow88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact wow88 support immediately.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your account — is not permitted. All activity under your account is your responsibility, regardless of who performed the action.

03 Deposits and Funds

All deposits on wow88 are made in Philippine Peso. Accepted deposit channels include local Philippine bank transfer, online banking via InstaPay and PESONet-enabled bank apps, and supported e-wallets. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit methods.

Funds deposited into your wow88 account are held for the purpose of placing bets and participating in games on the platform. Deposited funds do not earn interest. wow88 is not a financial institution and your account is not a bank account.

Deposits must come from financial accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where another person funds your account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

wow88 does not impose fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges outside of the platform's control.

04 Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed on the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.

For sports betting, results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body for each sport. In cases of dispute, wow88's decision regarding the outcome is final. Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a defined period may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the specific sport and bet type rules in place at the time.

For live casino games, the outcome of each round is determined by the real-time action of the live dealer. In cases of genuine technical error during a live game round, wow88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Game results displayed in your account history are the official record.

wow88 reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or restrict account activity where it identifies unusual betting patterns, potential abuse, or circumstances that suggest a bet was placed in error.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

wow88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members across sports betting, live casino, slots, and eBingo sections. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general terms.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, time limit, and any other conditions are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements — is considered prohibited conduct. wow88 reserves the right to remove bonus funds and related winnings and to restrict or close the account.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds are available to members who have completed the required KYC identity verification process. Verification documents must be submitted and approved before significant withdrawal requests are processed.

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to bank accounts or e-wallets held in the same name as the registered wow88 account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. The name on the receiving account must match the name on the wow88 account exactly.

Processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. Specific processing timelines and supported methods are described on the Withdrawal page. wow88 does not impose fees on standard withdrawals from the platform's side, though receiving institutions may apply their own charges.

wow88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, high-value requests, or where the account has displayed unusual activity.

07 Responsible Gaming

wow88 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings.

If you believe you or someone you know may be experiencing gambling-related harm, we encourage you to use these tools and to seek support from appropriate resources. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously — once applied, they cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts or accessing the platform through other means. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds in the account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wow88 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false information at registration or during verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Accessing the platform if under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, or gaps in the platform's systems for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process illegally obtained funds.
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud.
• Abusing bonus offers as described in Section 05.

09 Limitation of Liability

wow88 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or maintenance periods.

Online gaming involves financial risk. wow88 is not liable for losses you incur as a result of betting or gaming on the platform. It is your responsibility to make informed decisions about your gaming activity and to manage your finances accordingly.

wow88 is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals on their end. Similarly, we are not liable for connectivity issues on your side that affect your ability to access the platform or place bets.

10 Amendments and Account Termination

wow88 reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting wow88 support. Any real-money balance remaining in a properly verified account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering conditions or pending verification requirements.

wow88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if it determines that a player has breached these terms, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by law or regulatory instruction. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, account funds may be forfeited.
